Nothin good to say .They do what they want and dont have to answer to nobody. Includin takin ppl money with no explanation.
Drove to indy an hour only to find our they are by appointment only. The number to call I didn't even see on the Web page and they wont take appointments in person . When you call you are left on hold a extremely long time. They have no other way to make appointment than sitting and waiting for someone to answer. They need to get up to date and allow online appointments messing with irs stressful enough without making it a several hour issue just trying to get appointment. Google search how to make an appt. Indiana irs. That is where you can find number to call.
I drove from Columbus Indiana which was 1 hour drive away from Indy; I arrived around 9:30 am, then in a waiting line; after 1 hour waiting, I was told that IRS stopping giving ticket, should come tomorrow. What's hell! It's only 11am, IRS open from 8:30 to 4:30pm; and only 10 less people in the waiting room! !it's means in the next 5 hours, they can only sever 10 people! ! What's the low efficiency!! Why should I pay lots of tax to feed such kind of people!!!

We went to the office as a first appointment at 8:30 am. The receptionist was dull but the irs officer was informative and caring. Work completed in 10 minutes and next steps well explained. Liked the service unlike other reviews here.
