I flew out of Indy to D.C. People were so kind and helpful. It was extremely clean and festive for the holidays. There were many great choices for snacks and shops while I waited for my plane. There were also cool exhibits. I can't wait to fly again soon.
My husband works for American Airlines (different hub) so I'm @ the IIA on a regular basis. Pick up & drop off is very convenient. We've utilized the parking garage while on trips... a little $$$ but once again convenient.
My husband and I came to this location early this morning around 7:30. There was a sign as you walked in that said please wait to be seated. We stood there for 10 minutes as 2 wait staff walked right passed us. Tired of waiting, we decided to just sit at the bar. After sitting there for 5 more minutes, the bar tender finally aknowledged us by asking if we were there for drinks because they weren't taking food orders due to their kitchen being too busy. The place was less than half full. Kinda feel like if you're one of the only restaurants in the airport, you should post that at the door so people aren't wasting their time. Horrible customer service!
Efficient, friendly and professional. Really like flying into this airport. So easy to navigate. Overall one of my favorites. I did lose a gold earring #2901 there and was able to get it back thru guest services. Great security and great customer services. Can't thank them enough. Really what made this a top notch airport for me. Thanks again!
The airport was great, I️t had cool lights that lit up as you walked underneath them, and the environment was clean. Our only problem was that the people from united airlines treated us like garbage. I️ actually asked them to please be careful with my bag because it had valuable electronics in it, they told me I️ should have taken them out and then THREW my bag onto the line moving all of the bags. I’ll never use united again. Oh and the ladies name that did this is Terri F, from customer service.
The airport is always clean, easy to maneuver throughout & has a diverse selection of restaurants. The noise pollution is @ a minimum inside of the airport... one of my biggest complaints @ other airports.
