Loved this place. Went for my sons birthday and had a blast. They have rules where there is only supposed to be one person on a jumping square at a time, but the birthday boy my 2 year old son was all over the place. The staff kindly redirected him to keep every one safe, but they were very considerate of his age, lack of understanding and his need to want to jump with others. We had a party room where the host had set up pizza and drinks. He was very courteous and made sure everything was going well and even did the cleaning up even though I tried to do this. They also had a dodge ball area in which my oldest was playing with some other kids on one side and grown men on the other. The side the kids were playing on had these hard balls and the other side had soft balls, so to accommodate the kids they ask the men to switch them balls. This location had very nice respectful courteous staff members and it was very clean an well organized. I give it a 5 star and recommend it to every one. GREAT JOB!!!. Can't wait to go back.
Great place for kids of all ages. There's a variety of trampolines to jump on. There's basketball, obstacle courses, free jump, dodgeball. Great place for birthdays or other family events
It would be great if it wasn't so expensive. We would go alot more often. They love it and it's great exercise!
We go here regularly but tonight was just not a good experience. Wednesday night 12/6 We first arrived and the location was almost empty and then a large group arrived and was running rampant. Kids jumping over rails. Knocking other kids over someone should of been watching better my daughter was actually hurt by one if these kids not paying attention running as fast as he could down the entrance ramp. Also they kept closing off 2 of the areas and reopening every 15 minutes which was odd considering they had 1 person watching the dodge ball area with no one even in it. I've never had a bad experience here but they could do a better job organizing staff and managing large groups that take over the whole place and really not make it fun for smaller family's like ours. Rules should be inforced stronger about rails and running which could of avoided the incident with my daughter.
Great place for birthdays. Always a good time to be had. Staff is great. My special needs peeps have fun every time. Only downer I have, it's a little pricey, but the times are worth it.
