Good menu, reasonable prices. Their effort to provide only clean food is appreciated. Not many places I can go and get uncured/nitrate free meats. Also a great place to work and concentrate without being completely isolated.
Quality. Always the word when I think Panera. Been to Panera many many times and only had one sub par experience. That's pretty good odds.
This Panera is nice. The staff is really friendly as far as I've seen and I've been here alot recenlty. It's a lovely environment to work in and focus. People read here, have meetings, do homework, etc. Not to mention their internet actually works and is fast unlike places like McDonalds. If they could improve it would be with cleaning. Most of the tables and chairs are dirty and and have crums on them for long periods of time (I stay at Panera for long periods of time to work). And not to mention prices are freaking Outragous. I regret paying 2.50 for a small cup when I could have went to the gas station next to it and get a x large cup of whatever for like 89 cent. So the reason I give 4/5 stars is really because the place aint clean as much as it needs to be and prices kinda suck. But other than that the environment is positive and people are friendly so... It's cool
Yesterday, I ordered food to go for 3 people, and only one person's food was marginally edible. The bowl of soup ordered (and paid for as a bowl) was actually a cup, and it was ice cold with only a 2 minute drive home. The sandwich ordered as whole sandwich (and paid for as such) was a half order, and the turkey on it was covered in between the layers in something bright green (in patches, not something that comes on the sandwich but likely cross contamination). I don't warm up cold soup and eat it because I can't tell how long it's been sitting out at an unsafe temp. This hasn't been the first bad experience there, as it has been very inconsistent for years. I think this will be the last chance I give this location.
Excellent healthy food. Great friendly staff. Wonderful atmosphere.
