Vanilla Bean Bakery makes some of the most beautifully decorated cakes for a reasonable price. All of their cakes and cupcakes taste divine! Staff are friendly and very helpful about custom orders. What a pleasant find off the internet!! EXCELLENT customer service and the product is delicious! I had a tough time coming with an idea for my company's 15th anniversary. We have a plain logo and focus on cybersecurity, but the cake decorator/owner was pleasant to work with and together we came up with an excellent idea!! It's hard to please software engineers and they all raved! Definitely choose this bakery for your custom cake needs!! I will be back for many kiddo birthday party cake orders!!
Just grabbed 8 cupcakes on our way home today. They look great, appealing to the eye. When we got home and sampled them, we were so disappointed. The icing is not buttercream. It is more of a whipped, but it leaves a strange film/after taste in your mouth. I think they may use a vegetable crisco instead of butter. Secondly, the flavors all taste artificial, like it was made from a box and not from scratch. I'm from the south so I know what fresh, from scratch cupcakes and buttercream icing should taste like. I will not go back. Customer service was good though
Katie was excellent! I appreciate the time she took to help me design my husband's surprise birthday cake. It was beautiful and delicious! A complete hit! I highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer!
