I'm usually apprehensive to go to new places but I have to say that I felt very welcomed there. The atmosphere was super relaxing and Ashley did such a great job! I cant wait until my next visit! It was a great reminder on how important it is to take the time to "Treat yo self"!!!! =)
If i could give this places a 0 i would. I don't understand how it has so many good rating. It was my very first time putting color in my hair and i told them how i wanted it i even show them pictures and my hair ended up orange. My hair was nothing like how i wanted it i paid 179$. please do not waste your money. when i called a told the lady i wanted a ombre and she put me down as all color witch ombre takes more time and i was there from 4:00 pm - 9:30 pm it was very very uncomfortable because the lady that was doing my hair start to call people saying how frustrating she was because she had to stay extra time because the close at 7:00pm . she didn't even style my hair at all and i paid a good amount of money for nothing . :(
I started out with Darlene and absolutely loved her. I would have become one of her regulars if I could have. She left without me knowing so when I svehdueld an appointment I ended up with the pleasure of having James as my stylist...let me tell you something.
Pretty disappointing experience. Got there a couple minutes early, since I received not 1, not 2, but 3 confirmation texts to ensure I was on time - pretty obnoxious especially since I had to wait an extra 15 min. Something I otherwise really would't have minded. The stylist was kind, but awkward. She blew my hair dry so bad - all my ends were sticking out and i had so much frizz. I was waiting for her to take a flat iron or something to style it but she just took off the robe... I couldn't get out of there faster. Don't think I'll be coming back.
My first time in this salon and the staff was very helpful. I very much enjoyed my time and I would strongly recommend Bambu to all of my friends. I don't think Ill ever go back to great clips after this wonderful experience!
James, I will see you every two weeks for as long as you are here and if you end up anywhere else other than here I will follow you there. You make my life great and my hair better. You deal with my need for multi-tasking and provide great conversation when I am ready for it. I look forward to seeing you next and am blessed to have you as my stylist. I feel 100% comfortable in your hands and you can have my hair for as long as you want to have it. Talking to you when I get my hair done doesn't feel forced, it feels like talking to an old friend. The fact that you make me look amazing and do exactly what I ask for even if I don't specifically ask for it makes it even better. Thank you. ❤️❤️❤️
