Called the Anderson location first, they were amazingly helpful. Its a shame they didn't have my book in stock. However, there was confusion over which option of the book was the correct one to purchase, they suggested calling the Lawrence location because my course is based out of the Lawrence location. I called the Lawrence location after 4pm. Spoke to the most unhelpful gentleman. Kept saying 'he didn't know anything about the books". He wasn't listening, so he wasn't understanding what I was asking. I offered him the CRN so he could look it up, he didn't want to look it up. Basically, he said it's up to me to just pick an option and pay. Why do they even answer the telephone? I will not purchase anything from nor speak to the Lawrance Ivy Tech as their customer service is always substandard.
