I have been more than impressed with my new employer and staff at Hair Club Indianapolis. The staff are all very caring and helpful with their clients. With guaranteed solutions, it's refreshing knowing the company is willing to back up their products and services with their customers complete satisfaction in mind. As important as this improvement is for people, it's amazing to be even a small part of amazing transformations daily. Thrilled to be a part of their team!!
I was misinformed as to not qualifying for the surgical solution. I got a second opinion which is totally contrary. Hair club refuses to give back my 500.00 deposit. Very sleazy operation.
I have been member a long time and have received excellent service. The staff has always been there for me and made me feel special even when they were having an off day. They have worked around my schedule and always found an opening when I had to make a change. I highly recommend you try the services Hair Club has to offer, you will not be disappointed in the out come. Dave F.
I have to travel over 2 hours one way to get to the Hair Club in Indianapolis, IN. but I do it because the people there are kind, caring and friendly. Not to mention what a wonderful job Mollie does with my hair. She listens to my suggestions and makes good suggestion to me. I love going there but would be really happy if the Hair Club would open a branch nearer to my home.
These people are just beyond rude. They call the fake wig or fake hair as the natural hair which was just stupid. They didn't give me complete information regarding my hair problem and when I had to cancel the service it took me more than a month to get my deposit back. I had to deal with credit card company. Their manager doesn't have any manner to talk. This place is just trash.
