This salon is top notch very customer service oriented. The whole experience is amazing. Everyone is smiling helpful and positive and demonstrate true respect of Jacqueline the owner. ❤❤❤❤❤ I have hair loss due to stress and not treating my hair good. They have taught me how to use good products and how to style my hair correctly. I have seen unbelievable results in just 3 weeks of going there!! Believe me Jacqueline is an artist an expert and I truly appreciate what she has done to help me out!!
Needless to say, I will not be returning and do not recommend. Save your money and go elsewhere. I know I'll be spending even more money now to get it fixed.
Today I found a hidden gem in Indy, splash salon. I had a stylist named Anecia. My last hair cut was over a year ago. My hair was extremely damaged and needed some attention. She gave me such a wonderful experience. My hair is everything and more! I suggest any of them for any of your hair needs! They’re all so friendly and personable. Thanks guys!
I absolutely love going to Splash! Loren DeVol has been doing my hair for the last 3, possibly even 4 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do as amazing of a job as she does! The staff are all incredibly friendly and sweet, making for an amazing experience from start to finish.
I decided to give splash a try. I am highly disappointed. I wanted a blonder bayalage and a trim. Let me just tell you I had THE worst experience. I was in the chair for 6 whole hours. And my hair turned out to be even darker than when I first came in when I wanted to go lighter. So after spending my whole Saturday afternoon to not even getting my hair anywhere close to what I asked for, I was still charged $190.
What a great salon! Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. Anecia is the best! She gave me an awesome balayage, exactly how I wanted, if not better. She also treated my damaged hair, which was very much appreciated. Overall great experience and would highly recommend!
