Everytime I come in Krystal is always very nice, professional, and personable. She always has a smile on her face and I know the place will be clean is she's working!
I am not a person that tans easily and I have never been to a tanning salon before coming here. Krystal helped me figure everything out and is making sure I do it safely. She has been super nice and walked me through everything to make sure I get the results I'm hoping for.
Had a blast!!! While my husband was doing laundry, I enjoyed myself tanning. An employee by the name Tasha not only cleaned before and after my tanning session, but there was an issue with the dryer and she stopped what she was doing to help my husband. I repeat SHE STOPPED DOING WHAT SHE WAS DOING. Going out of her way for great customer service. You don't see that as often as you should.
I'm elderly and Everytie I come in Krystal is always smiling and cleaning and willing to help me do my laundry. She is sweet and nice. I have Ave never been to a place where the employees are considerate and helpful.
