The gentleman behind the counter was INCREDIBLY helpful. The store had quite a selection of wonderful things. I will definitely be back!
Lots of selection, from beer to wine to spirits - this place has it all. The staff is very helpful in assisting novices pick out the perfect alcohol for any occasion. They also stock Crooked Stave beer...which are pretty rare in these parts!
Prices are reasonable, though occasionally on the higher end for some of the rarer brews. The selection is incredible though! Staff are friendly and helpful. Hours are great. Probably the best craft beer selection downtown.
Store seemed decent from the outside. Located downtown Indianapolis. But the absolute worst customer service and hands-down the most rude people I’ve ever experienced an any shops so far in this town....
ZERO stars if I could! Two people who could care less if they were there or not to help their customers. Would not sell to us because my 52 year old friend did not bring her ID from the hotel? Even when I had mine and she offered to step out of the store so I could make a purchase. Horrible customer service!! Won't be back to Crown Liquors, neither should you.
