Had a great experience when Bob answered the phone to scheduling my appointment. Don the service tech changed my deadbolt. The job did not last more than 15 minutes. I'll gladly use again!

I had a courier service break off a key in one of my puck locks on my work van. I was very bummed and nervous the service would not be able to be completed because the key was in the lock deep! However, even though I arrived with only fifteen minutes until closing the employee at Bob’s Lock (didn’t catch her name) was able to work diligently in 30° weather and remove the key from the lock!! I was very impressed! I would have given up, but she stuck with it and the rate was more than reasonable!! Only $5!! I will definitely call Bob’s Lock going forward when I need Lock service of any kind!!
