Run away. Dirty sales tactics. The kid at the register signed us up for a program that costs 12 bucks a month without our knowledge. I don’t even know how they got our credit card info. We did not willingly give it to them. They must have grabbed when we bought our two items. Not happy.
Did not even speak to me as I walked aimlessly through the store. Store was dirty with boxes all on the floor. Several shelves were empty.
The girl ringing me up answered the phone before checking me out and never said a word to me during the transaction, except to point at the card reader.
What a scam- went to purchase a single item and got an $11.99 charge a month later on same card for "signing up" to their rewards program.
Went there to make a significant purchase and was greeted with rude customer service. I refuse to purchase anything from this store.
Had to call a separate number to get charges reversed and they try to sell you the membership over the phone! Say no and they keep pushing with a reduced price. All I want is my stolen money back. Terrible business.
