Flora Brothers just painted the exterior of our home -- metal siding. We are very pleased with the experience. Prompt and courteous customer service, excellent communication from start to finish, no pressure at all during or after free estimate, very reasonable prices, TONS of paint colors to choose from, and they left us a huge palette to choose colors from at our leisure. Painting crew was very polite and professional, and they showed pride in their work. They took great care to protect parts of the house that were not to be painted, gardens, driveway, windows, etc. and their work speed was incredible. Clean-up was immaculate. No damage whatsoever to our gardens or property. Best of all, our home looks GREAT! We definitely recommend Flora Brothers and will use them again when the need arises.
Not a good experience. I felt the price was fair. However, after no call before the workers arrived and literally scaring me out of bed from the power washing spraying over my bedroom windows, power washing done twice and still not right, top lip of gutters not painted(why wouldn't you paint them while you're up there?) and managers who didn't know how to communicate and let me know what is going on after asking for one of the head managers to come see for himself the shoddy job power washing, I will say that they did an okay job on the caulking and most of the painting of the trim but that's it.
We needed our trim and garage door painted, since our current paint was 15yrs old. They came out gave me an estimate I was happy with and I chose a color. The process was smooth and the outcome was even better. I would highly recommend you call these guys for your painting needs.
The contract read that paint colors were to be picked out a week before the job was to take place. I had to call to remind them. When Billy arrived, I was the one to explain how to match up paint. I thought he was a kid selling stuff.
I would not recommend this company. Like I said, an "okay" job on the caulking and most of the painting. Otherwise, power wash the house yourself or don't have them do it.
Flora Brothers are Awesome! They are extremely professional, courteous and customer friendly. I called them on a Monday and they were able to meet with me the same day, provide me a quote and they started the work the next day. Love You Guys!
From the estimate to the finished product they were nothing but professional, fast and exceptional.
I hired this company because of the good presentation from owner Aaron and they were from my hometown area. However, the people he has working for him is like dealing with a bunch of college kids. Lack of communication, not fulfilling their obligations in the contract and the fact I had several neighbors interested in hiring them upon my approval, they all said, "If that's the way they power wash a house in a little over an hour, I'll not call them."
