My husband & I have lived in the park for 15 tears and lived in 3 different Mobile Homes(moving up in size each time). We have little to no problems with ownership or maintenance. We have gotten prompt response on all concerns we have reported. The one's who complain are the one's who didn't pay their rent on time. We cleaned these Mobile Homes when the people moved out, so we know what we're talking about!

Run down dirty managment is very strict on who she will rent to example 3,000 dollars in debt at all? Denial, owe the utility company a dime no ay she will rent to you. A $30 application fee per adult non refundable. One fails ypu all fzil.. Its so rin down something is seriously off about tgis place!!
I love living here cause the neighbors are nice n friendly, other than the train which im from South n love hearing the train, it's very quiet other the speeders but complain it's other tenants. I did one day n only was doing 12mm cause truck came in trailer park that's been following me n I was trying to get someone's attention cause didn't know the man.
