Couple shopping zones. Kinda run down in comparison to other strips around. Wouldn't mind seeing an overhaul here.
When customer tells you they prefer their garments on hanger due to handicap issues, and they are told of company policies, it deters the customer from wanting to do garment business, why not just display a disclosure not hangers will be allowed to be carried out by anyone, especially those with handicaps. So, the customer left with 37.00 in merchandise rather than over hundred plus dollars. Customer knows to carry hangers with them now if they ever shop at Ross again.
