45 minutes late to work because they can’t be bothered with letting you know when they might be able to pick you up. Worst company ever. No wonder Uber and Lyft is destroying them
I would appreciate recommendations from others on how to proceed. We were fortunate that this was not a life-threatening situation since our mother was able to stay inside while we waited, but if someone else didn't have our care and protective shelter, this situation could have been tragic.
THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS!!!!!!!! TOLD MY HUSBAND A CAR WAS ON THE WAY ALMOST 3 HRS LATER OF THEM "TRYING" THEY LEFT HIM WITH NO OPTION BUT TO WALK IN NEGATIVE TEMPERATURES I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WHEN HE INTIALLY CALLED THEY SAID THEY WERE NOT BUSY AND IT WOULDN'T BE LONG GOING ON THAT ASSUMPTION HE WAITED AND WELL KNOWING IT IS NEGATIVE TEMPERATURES THEY DID NOTHING. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY I ONLY WISH I PAID MORE ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS!!!
There may be a lawsuit here for our experience. We made a reservation to have my wheelchair-bound mother picked up for a family party. The driver arrived 1.5 hours late, even with the 3 phone calls made while we awaited her to be picked up. Since the event was only supposed to last for 2 hours, the extended family accommodated the delay by staying longer, and we requested she be picked up an hour later than originally reserved.

Unbelievably unreliable. Dispatch useless. We will find other transport means. Indy - time to bring in new public transport STAT!
When it came time for her to be picked up, we called at the time of her scheduled pickup to confirm a driver was on the way. Long (and painful) story short: the driver arrived 3.5 hours late.
If you are planning to use yellow cab for wheelchair access then I extremely advise to look elsewhere. After a football game called and ordered one and I’m still waiting on one. Never showed up and they never called back also could not get back ahold of them. If you plan on using them for wheelchair access you will be HELPLESS because we don’t have the ability to get any other transportation. I had to get an Uber back to my hotel and get our van and go back to stadium to pick wife and kids at 3:00am. Worst experience ever period. I would give 0 stars if I could. I don’t know they even advertise this service.
It would take a lot of convincing for me to ever use this company again, yet alone give a positive recommendation.
