I came back 20-25 days later looking for the manager. The banker I had been dealing with completely ignored me, but the lady who's usually rude to people took me up. Before even checking my account, hearing me out, or even entering in my Information she says you know we cannot give you a refund on the late fee.
While discussing the matter with him the banker lady next to him on the right interrupted me and said, can you please leave! I told her this is the exact reason I switched to automatic payments and I'll be back to speak to the manager.
After this incident the location called me back and said, I'm banned. I didn't hurt anyone or cause any damage I just wanted my refund and setup automatic payment so I don't have to go to this horrible location ever again.
I really like this location, the tellers are friendly and it usually not busy at all!
I only use it for basic banking but have not had any issues so far.
Last time I swing by a branch in the ghetto. I then drove to the Carmel, IN (Rangeline Rd) location to process the wire. They were attentive and wonderful to work with and was in and out in 15 minutes.
He sat right in front of me made the call made the payments and didn't say a thing about my refund on his mistake. So at that point I told him what a poor job he did and I needed to see the manager.
Poor customer experience, first thing in the morning. Waited for the bank to open to process a standard transaction and the only customer in the bank. Was told by another staff member: "We cannot process a wire transfer for another hour because the employee that can do it needs to help me first." Glad to see where busy customers rank. For not having to visit a branch often in this day and age you would think they would go above and beyond for their clients who visit.
They were submitting the automatic payment wrongly, but also calculated my payments wrongly. So not only was I defaulting on the minimum, but also collecting sums of money that was supposed to being payed on for the next month, all this due to the bankers miscalculations on previous missed month the next months payment and the late fees.
Son rasistas
The same thing happened for another 5 months except at this point the late fees piled up and I had to deal with Huntington on the phone.
Now, early on for the first year they never gave me issues. Until I decided to switch to automatic payments, because I began to get frustrated on watching other people being treated badly. The banker assured me all was taken care of and I was set with the automatic payment.
I went into the bank to have someone added to my account only for the teller to tell me we would need to make an appointment for a later date. Since I had never heard of making an appointment at a bank I questioned that only to learn that there was one banker with a customer, one banker on lunch until 4:30 pm, and 2 tellers one of which was leaving for the day. We decided to be patient and wait until the banker was done with her customer. During the 15-20 min wait, there was a constant stream of customers and a long line of people even though the teller who was supposed to be leaving stayed behind to help. Obviously, this is a very busy bank and the staff need more help. Why would you only ever have one teller and one banker on duty?! The staff were friendly and trying to do their best but they are only 2 people.
It is way better than the 38th st location!
