Store has friendly associates, clean and well organized layout. More often than not, my in-store interactions with customer service for furniture pickup have been fraught with confusion and puzzled looks as to how the computer system works and where my items were being held for pickup. Don't expect much from them. Prices aren't spectacular, better can be had online. The reason this place doesn't get two stars is the "Picture People" photo portrait studio. We've had a few average photographers, but most have been very enthusiastic, kid friendly young people who have produced some great shots.
Clean, organized store with friendly staff
I'm not sure how this location has received so many 5 star reviews. I recently moved to Indianapolis from Iowa. I had previously went to BuyBuy Baby located in West Des Moines and would never give them this review. However, both times I have visited this location I have felt like a criminal. It was slow, but felt like I was being followed by associates since there were very few people. I had a coupon to use, and had originally went in to look at crib bedding sets. The selection was limited, unless you want to spend over $100 for just a crib sheet, skirt, and quilt. I ended up purchasing a few smaller items. The employees were cold, and didn't seem like they wanted to genuinely help you. I prefer the competition. I am giving this store 2 stars instead of one because it was organized well and clean.
First time there. The people were VERY helpful. It was a pleasant experience.
