I visited on 7/5/17. I found a hat that was mispriced. When I took the hat to the counter, the hat rang up for the higher price. Brian sold me the hat for the mislabeled price. Thank you!
Had a horrible experience trying to buy a personalized jersey. The csr was very rude. When I asked to see a manager - the man that came out said he was amanager and was also very rude. They missed out on a $200 sale because they have very bad customer service.
Then, they went on to personally bash our country and president. These people made it clear they do not support our president or our the USA. Which is strange, seeing how I was just there to buy a jersey.

Wow..all i have to say..i went into order a personal jersey like i have so many times before being seat splitter on season tickets for 15 years now .so asked for a jersey wth trump on back to support my team and president.wth the number 1..Man never in my life have i been treated so poorly. long stort short after one manager saying print it and another saying dont i jist went online and gave a company money that doesnt put there personal intrest infront of a customers..i will never shop at lids or colts shop again.online only for me.that way blinded sales people cant put there two sense in and make into something more than it should of been.once again wow.
