The written fee page (on photo) does not include a 3% bank card processing fee that supposedly is a verbal fee. I had to leave a telephone message with manager's office and am awaiting resolution.
The lady i called for the lien fee was the rudest woman i have EVER had to deal with in my life! I asked the fee and she had to ask a coworker for the price sheet and then i asked about whom i should send the check to and she got all snotty about it! THEN asked the address and she was mad i made her repeat it because she said it too fast. When i thanked her for the information all i heard was the phone hung up... All and all i am very upset about this issue.....
Filed name change and $2 for printing report. My copies were not fully printed copies and have to be reprinted now.
System has been down for days. The marriage license application doesn't work online. We had to do it in paper form yesterday, which isn't a big deal. But when we went today to get our marriage license, their system is still down. What an inconvenience. You'd think for being the Indianapolis court house they would of had IT situate their computer issues and webpage incompetence.
