This place does not get enough credit for what they do. Aside from doing a great job on my teeth, they are patient and caring and nice, & all for reasonable prices. I️ definitely recommend this place

Dr. Lei & his staff are very friendly, patient, professional, and care about any fears, the health of your teeth, and, most importantly, care that you have a wonderful smile when all is said & done.
Because of the wonderful service that I have been receiving from them, I, also, have talked my sons' (in their 20's) into going to them, & my husband, as well as he's been referring many of his co-workers & friends to them, also.
I agree with the previous statement, that this facility has the worst customer service & treatment, I've ever seen. The west side location should be shut down. I've had nothing but problems with them. The woman who is on the phone today is very rude. If I talked to people at my job the way she does, I would be fired. She knows better than to act like that. Shame on her. Little Miss Attitude was cocky & arrogant. I'm a customer who deserves respect. You are supposed to hear me out, not cut me off & keep talking. The disrespectful women in that establishment make it GHETTO! The act needs cleaned up. And why would it be ok for someone to wear feathers on their eyelashes while they are performing expensive dental work that costs a lot of money? Unprofessional! #shoddywork
