My daughter had an appointment this morning. We drove 45 minutes to this dentist because friends have told me that he's awesome... My daughter needed 2 cavities done and crown. The dentist assistant came out and told me that the dentist has the shakes and didn't feel comfortable doing the cavities? I said the shakes? She said yes u know it's Monday, he had a crazy weekend... I'm scared to bring my daughter back. A Dentist should never have the shakes? Kind of scary..The staff was wonderful just not sure about the dentist.
This truly is the best dentist office i ever been to. They are so wonderful...they are all.awesome...and the dentist and his staff are amazing to me!!! This will be where i continue to go!
Overly helpful staff who answer all of my questions and concerns. Knowledgeable charismatic dentist that makes me feel so at ease when getting my dental work done. I would recommend this office to any of my friends and family.
unprofessional staff! Scheduled my appointment and provided them with all the requested information including the insurance card numbers. Called them a day before my scheduled appointment to check if they received the x-ray from the other office and they requested my social security number ! so I called in few minutes later to provide them with the numbers to hear the shocking response that my appointment was given to someone else and I have to wait for another week ! Really ??!! I've been waiting for a week already with a missing tooth filling (emergency ) to loose my appointment simply like that ! Wow. now my teeth has gotten contaminated and would require extra treatment - thank you for wasting my time.
