Applied on their website 5 days ago, never heard back so i called and got terrible customer service. Bianca claims I need to reapply with a different application method and instead of looking into it while I was on the phone, said she would cal me back the next day. Didn't seem like she was even paying attention to me.
Don't waste your time with world finance, very slow customer service! There are 2 better places in Anderson to get a loan through, 1 is PFC and the other is heights finance. They both helped me out very quickly while world wasted my time for 3 days just to turn me down. Won't be calling them any time soon. PFC and heights is the places to go.
Terrible customer service. I went to a car dealership and was told they work through world finance to get financed. I called world finance and was put on hold for over 30mins. The car company rep then called and was put on hold for 13mins before hanging up. Avoid doing business with world finance
It was very fast and easy to see if you qualify for a loan and they have some of the most friendly staff...i would recommend to anyine who in a little of a finacial crisis
