My brother in law passed away in 2015 and at the end of the service the hurst would not start. Are you kidding..everyone was standing around shaking their heads. They did not offer an apology to my sister for the embarrassment. What a bad business

From the initial conversation with Emanuel, to the staff at the church service, to the grave site. It was flawless! Everything was on point and in order. We didn't have to think of anything. It was as if Emanuel and staff was reading our minds. They put in the time and effort to assure we grieved properly. Praise God our father is able to Rest In Peace as he waits for the return of our Lord and a Savior Jesus. The limousine driver for the family car was more interested in eating at the repast than having the decency to take me back to my car after riding in their limousine to the cemetery to bury my Father. I was appalled when he told me I could wait in the hot limo at the church while he went to eat.
