The room and staff were nice enough, but their mortician did not do particularly good work.
I went to a funeral showing to support a coworker after the loss of his partner, and there was another funeral going on at the same time. Very tacky and disrespectful. It's not about the pockets of the mortuary; it's about the clients who have lost loved ones. Would not recommend. Ever.
Our experience with Leppert was very positive. Everyone was helpful and kind from our initial meeting a year ago for pre planning until our service on July 10. Deena helped us initially with preplanning and John helped us with all the details for the service. All members of the staff were so helpful in helping us plan and execute the perfect service.
