Always caring polite an efficient
It feels odd to leave a review for a funeral home, but I'd just like to say that even though the name is a little goofy, Simplicity does a great job. I lost my lovely Mom, and I'm truly a novice at knowing what to do following a death. LeAnn, at Simplicity, was a complete angel in terms of caring and explaining. She figuratively held my hand throughout, which really brought me great comfort. I felt like mom was in good hands.
Even though the name of the business is hard for me to embrace in any way, speaking solely on my one experience, with LeAnn in specific, and cursory contact with other staff members, I think you'll be quite happy, like me, to entrust your loved ones with these good people.
I honestly don't know about price, after meeting LeAnn, I didn't bother to shop. I would suspect that they offer a great value, because the cost was lower than I expected, even though I'm not a price-sensitive guy.
