I will preface this by saying the 3 gentleman who came to install my carpet were AWESOME and did a fantastic job! I'm sorry that they have to work for such a horrible company, and I think they would agree. Dealing with the office and the people there was a night mare. No one answers that phone. You leave message after message and no one calls you back. I love shopping at Lowe's but if it means I have to deal with this company again, I will go somewhere else. If I were Lowe's, I'd find someone else asap!!!!!!
the UHS services are makn carpet installers look bad. installers can go over and beyound what is needed but u cant do ur job rite when thers so many broken links in the chain
The project manager was very friendly when he came out to measure for the Lowe's flooring estimate. He told us we would receive a itemized estimate from Lowe's for installation. When the estimate came in...there was no itemizing. When we asked the Lowe's flooring worker he said he didn't have that information. We tried calling the number on the project manager's card and left several messages but never heard back. I liked Lowe's product but we didn't buy because this subcontractor seemed to just disappear. After reading these horrible reviews. I'm pretty glad they didn't bother calling back! Phew!
We were very happy with ultimate home services. We were on a time crunch to get our flooring in before our move into our new home. They went out of their way to help us. Their crew were very professional. Cody did an excellent job installing our carpet, evening working late to get it done. Dan and his crew completed our laminate floor. I would definitely recommend them!!
