I had been going to them for a couple of years and then their professionalism went down. They'll argue with you, clothes didn't look fresh and clean. Then when my white too has a red spot on it I called the owner and they went off on me. The Dad was the one waiting on me. Very sad but they lost my business I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I love their prices, but stopped in twice on my way home from work to find them closed, even though the hours sign said they should be open. I finally reached someone a week later, and they said they were closing an hour earlier than the hours posted..
i Took the same five shirts in last week to be laundered and pressed, as I have done for at least half a dozen times in the past. THIS time Sigman cleaners decides to dry clean three of the shirts AND CHARGE ME the higher price. The employee argued with me that they NEEDED to be dry cleaned. The shirt tags ALL said "Machine Washable" and were all fine when laundered before by Sigman. No attempt was made to notify me of their change to my order OR make it right financially when I picked them up. I WILL NO LONGER TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS BUSINESS.
