They were rude as soon as I walked in the door. I notified them that I spoke with someone on the phone that said I could do same day and the man promptly told me "well she ain't the manager". Then I was told in a very cold and harsh manner that they could do the next day or nothing. Ridiculous way to treat a customer in a bind. Wish I could give 0 stars.
The two females that work here are THE absolute rudest people in the world. They never say hello, acknowledge you, act like they are doing you a favor, and should be fired immediately. Stay AWAY!!!

Cannot recommend this cleaner anymore. The coupon we brought in was supposedly not in their computer. They said our comforter was not back on the date they gave us. One day later, still not there. The next day I arrive to pock it up they can't find it. I see it hanging there but they argue that is some one elses and refuse to give it to me. After checking the pinned on tags they finaly say the ticket was wrong and let me have our stuff back. Crazy!
