When we walked into the room there was a dead spider on one of the beds. There was only one washcloth in the room. Breakfast area was not clean. There were only one flavor of yogurt (blueberry). The microwave in my room did not work had to go to breakfast area to warm up food.

Took over ten minutes to check in due to the manager making the staff perform training. It was late at night I had two small children I wasn’t in the mood for it. We only came to go swimming and after that there was less than an hour to swim. The room smelled horrible. The sheets in the bed smelled weird. There wasn’t an ice bucket. There were reddish brown stains on the floor in the bathroom. The toilet has the same spots dripping down. The tub had soap scum in it. There were splatter marks on the walls. Turned on the heat, the smoke alarm went off and it smelled like fire. Called and changed the room. Moved two rooms down. The room smelled better. But the same thing happened with the heat. BREAKFAST IS POSTED SAYING ITS FROM 6:00AM-9:00AM. Went down at 6:57. The only food Up was old waffle batter, expired yogurt, butter and water. No coffee, no eggs, no bacon.... NOTHING!!! Staff rudely told me she got a “late start” and it won’t be up until 7:00AM. PLEASE DO NOT EVER COME HERE! Please! Stayed for one night and will NEVER stay again!
The staff is super friendly. We reserved a non smoking room but it smelled of cigarette smoke & they offered to switch us rooms at no extra charge or trouble but we declined mainly because our room was right off the pool & front desk. The pool area was super clean, pool room was heated but the water was too cold for us to get in. The hotel was really clean also.
The room is clean, comfortable, & relaxing! Our hot tub room is incredibly wonderful! The bathrooms are clean. I have a therapy dog in training and they welcomed her and accommodate her, with open arms! The breakfast here is wonderful. They have a fitness room , & jacuzzi that is with their swimming pool. They are all always well-maintained and very welcoming! We arrived late this time and they even still held our room. I am thoroughly pleased with the service and cleanliness of this hotel! Thumbs up to the staff!
