Just about every person who came in to collect a order found something that missing from there order, well guess what my salad was missing. I was asked do I want to speak to a manager, with that bad service I feel a manager should of come and seen me.
The food is always really good, typically I get the Chicken and Gnocchi soup and I recommend it to all I see! The service is always excellent when I walk in, but wait times will vary! Especially if it's a Sunday, they are typically packed from 11:30-2:30, so please keep this in mind when you get here! Every server is different, so I'd say expect to have good service, every server I've had comes around every 15-20 minutes!
Washington Street location... 30-45min wait on a Tuesday afternoon! service was extremely slow, took an hour to get our food, after asking for it twice. Breadsticks were hard and the server didn't fill our basket often at all; so much for "unlimited." we won't be returning to this location.
Well that is the 1st and last time I will ever go to this Olive Garden.
I like the food at Olive Garden but your practice of making customers wait 10-16 minutes if they don't want to sit in the bar is frustrating. Parking lot was half empty and wait staff was standing around. Went to Fridays down the street and they were happy to seat and wait on me right away -and their parking lot was fuller.
On my way home from my wife asked me to stop at the E Washington St Indianapolis IN restaurant to order a to go. I had one gentleman in front of me ordering which took 2 servers +- 15 minutes. Then it came to me well the one server couldn’t find one of the 2 items I ordered on the computer. Then from the time I paid for the order to the time I received the order took more than an hour.
Food was very good and the service was excellent. Worth the wait.
