This Tacobell is hands down one of the worst in the Indianapolis area. Yesterday I watched this location "close" at 1030pm with 4 cars in drive through that ended up driving away because they "closed". I called and asked their hours and they responded with just "we are closing early tonight" I ended up driving back past this location headed home to see they are open with a full drive through. Management/Staff is a joke. Also food is always inconsistent either its good or absolutely terrible always a guessing game.
I personally like taco bell but this location is extremely frustrating. It's the closest one to home so I come here for my fix - but about 7 different occasions now the lobby has been closed WELL before their marked 10pm closing times. (as early as 8pm)
The food was good and met my expectations. Taco Bell was clean, and the employees were exceptionally friendly and outgoing.
The food is typical taco bell - the manager seems to at least care enough to not serve stale food (which can sometimes be a problem at taco bell locations).
Also there's an employee who pesters me every time I go in to fill out their survey and give them a good rating - which also gets annoying rather quickly.
Say no to the survey the first time because he wont let you say no after then.
DONT GO....THE BURRITOS TASTE LIKE A WET POOL TOY....N BARELY ANYTHING IN THEM... I AINT EVEN LYING BRO...TOOK THEM 30 MIN TO MAKE 3 BURRITOS IN THE DRIVE THRU AND THEY TASTE LIKE DOODOO
Rather frustrating as someone who hates waiting for the drive through.
I used to love this place, but with the past few months they suck.... they say the are supposed to open at 7.. depending on the day you get 7:30, 8:00, or maybe 9:30..... And then the inside is supposed to be open until 11.... I want in two days ago and was going to meet people for an early dinner at 6, and they had decided to be lazy and close dine in for the night.... I had to get a to go bag to be able to see my friends at all. With most of the managers sucking. They should really just shut it down if they are going to chops to not be a business and represent taco bell well....
