Im so happy to have this storage facility in my area. I was initially greeted by Billy who was very fun and vibrant. Then i was met with Renee who was very warm and kind to me. She was very knowledgeable and quick to help. These are the type of people whose names you remember.
My rep was attentive and knowledgeable. I was able to get a tour and signed up in less that 30 mins. Also, she was very pleasant!!! Great woman overall. Thank u
I was running late on Saturday September 30 2017. I arrived at the store located 7420 N Michigan rd Indianapolis Indiana at 525 pm 5 minutes from closed they waited on me an my niece like they known us all the time they were professional.i recommend this store ro everyone. 5 stars treatment
The facility is sooo clean and nice. Very well taken care of. I hope it continues to stay this way over the years. The prices are very reasonable and the acess is ideal for people who want the flexibility.
