The project manager Mike was very good and easy to work with. The onsite supervisor Luis and his crew did a great job with the painting and trim repairs (for dry rot) and the house now looks great! I have already been getting compliments from my neighbors on good it looks. Nice job Paintco!
I was highly impressed with Matt, the estimator, who came out to give an estimate for our exterior trim. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and up front with me. Once I paid my deposit, tells painters were out at my house within a week or two. They showed up around 8:30 and were completely finished by 4pm. They did great work and cleaned up really nicely after themselves. The lead painter listened to my requests to try and not go over budget on replacing wood and he actually ended up helping me SAVE some money which I highly appreciate, especially in a world where it seems like all types of sales people are trying to hustle you for a few extra hundred dollars. I would highly recommend Paint Co Professionals and will look to them in the future for any projects I made need completed.
I could not be happier with Paintco Painters! From beginning to end they were super professional and friendly. They Painted the inside of our house in the matter of 2 days. We also had a color consultation which I highly recommend! I will be using them for any future painting needs!
The painters went above and beyond to make the house look great. We have siding on our home and took advantage of the pressure washing they offer to get rid of some mold build up on one side of the home. The finished product looks fantastic.
Hired Paintco to paint our new house based on all the great reviews. They did a GREAT Job! Communication with the manager was great, the workers cleaned up, and they did a fantastic job overall. They also worked around our moving schedule. unfortunately, they had to start on our house 2 days later than anticipated. But they finished the job in 2 days, allowing us plenty of time to move in. They also came back without hesitation to retouch a few areas. I would recommend them to any of my friends/family members!
Although, a few things surprised me a bit about the experience. Our service was bumped up to begin a week early. We received an email, late in the afternoon Saturday, before service was to begin early Monday morning, that it would be helpful if all bushes were trimmed away from the painting surfaces, (along with several other small items to do). Luckily, we had just done this on our own earlier in the week, just because it was time to get it done. It would have been difficult to get it done before the job started, if we had not already completed it. I was surprised at the lack of warning for this preparation. The other item of surprise was the time length of the job. The estimator who spec'd the job told me it would take one day and maybe a few hours. The job actually took two full days. I could not be home for most of the second day, because I had planned to work, due to what I had been told, and was not even here when the job was completed at 8 p.m. the second day. The painters were determined to finish, but unfortunately did not have time to totally clean up as I would have expected. Even so, I would recommend them to someone looking for their home to be painted and am happy with the overall job.
