I had trouble with contacting any plumber for about 45 minutes prior to finding Peterman online; they answered after one ring and the gal who I spoke with was thoughtful and pleasant. I called Peterman with a main sewer line clog. They were at my house within 2 hours. Our technician, E. Boyd, definitely had 5-Star customer service! He explained everything in depth and detail, and asked several times if we had questions. He set us up with next day necessary appointment, as well. I would highly recommend this company!! And I will use them again if need be. THANK YOU!!

We had a leak from an unknown source,which ended up being 2 leaks. Bradley arrived promptly on a Saturday. He was more concerned with fixing it correctly than getting out of there quickly. He was polite, tidy and personable. We unfortunately have more work to do, but he found our issues and stopped the bleeding and helped us develop plans for next steps.
