My daughter and wife recently spent some time there and they described it as 141 acres of densly forested land. They had the best bug repellent money could buy and still came back eaten alive. The girls had to be checked for ticks and other insect bites at every stop at camp. There was not enough privacy for the girls to comfortably change their clothes and swim suits. Next year they said they will for go Girl Scout Camp and do something else.
A beautiful hidden treasure, conveniently located near the city. Stayed at the Chalet with our troop and were highly impressed at the affordability, quality, and memories we will be taking home!
This place is my second home and the one week I get to spend here is the highlight of my year. You make so many friends and learn important skills. I can't imagine my life without coming here for the past 12 years.
