Never answer the phones or call you back if you leave a message. But want to take you off CCDF with a quickness if you don't do something they want you to do. How can we do what we need to do if they never answer or call back for us to get the information we need.
They are usually good with receiving my provider forms for my kids daycare but today I took my children to their daycares and the both providers show in their systems no updates on my vouchers...for the record, you have to have them in on Thursdays before 12 pm...i took them in on Thursday at around 10 am...the receptionist at the MLK location said that they should be active on Monday....so far nothing...i will have to pay out of pocket the full expense for both daycares, if not resolved...smdh!
I was trying to get pre k vouchers for my son they said I made to much due to Christmas over time. Although they were professional while serving my needs.
Every time I have had to use this location I have had friendly staff and I'm in and out quickly. I have always appreciated the service I've been given. Thank you.
Appointment is set for 10:30 it's 11. The women next to me has been here over an hour. Staff is rude and not customer friendly. Supervisor is good but every one under her sucks omg. This is a horrible location.
