I contacted Brad, who said that he would have someone on it right away. Over a month and multiple emails or calls later, no one ever came to the house. So not only do we have something wrong with the roof, we now have a costly repair to the underside of our overhang.
We looked around Indy for Roofing contractors and I heard some real horror stories so needless to say, we were scared. Brad made the whole experience go smoothly. I can't say enough good things about his crew, they are fast, efficient and very hard workers. Every time I had any questions for them it was answered to my satisfaction!! And the final result is a beautifully done roof, Thank you Brad and your guys for all you did. I won't hesitate if I need anything future from you to call.
Originally, we had been very happy with Brad and All-American Restoration's service. But we eventually noticed that we were having a leaking issue during heavy rain that damaged our overhang. The wood had began to rot. Something was wrong with the flashing or shingling that was allowing water through.
