I am interested in purchasing someone's privately owned mobile home, currently located in this park. I called the park office to find out what moving it would involve as far as the lease. I talked to a lady who was very short with me....crazy sounding actually. She said, "it can't be done". Mind you, I did not give her the guy's name or address. She just kept repeating, "NO, NO, NO"! Then she said there's a 5 year lease and he just signed it, again without knowing the address. The seller also told me they are very strict....you can't own a motorcycle, have a dog over a certain weight, etc. So, buyer beware. Apparently, they will hold your trailer hostage. I'm not sure what is normal, but a 5 year non-negotiable lease sounds a little insane. I have no idea what I'll be doing in 5 years, but you better before you go signing with them.
That place is horrible. No one there can mind their own bussiness. Dawn the woman in the office is rude as hell if you have kids she cusses them out. Matiance is the worst they never fix anything or do it wrong. What they rent you is broken trash
I've lived here since November 2016. I was never given a list of rules, but I got yelled at for trying to add antifreeze to my car. They make up the rules as they go along, which is why they won't give out a list when people move in. Got yelled at in April for having a quiet conversation in my living room with the door open. I was talking to loud, apparently. I'm usually at work everyday from 9:30am to 9:30pm, but every time I take a day off, and try to hang out at home I get yelled at for something. If you want to live here, act like you don't exist, and don't be home when the office is open.
Dont really kno much about this trailer park but my mom's friends live here
I lived here a long time and it's a quiet place.
