Best advice: Do not move in here!
I bought a trailer for cheep, tons of issues still no title. I keep to myself bc there are drug attics everywhere. I like the management, he does what he can. There starting to clean things up. Lets hope this helps.
Horrible place to live! Pictures are not even of the actual place! Management are corrupt! Always 'losing' rent money and never give receives. They try to sell trailers without tiittles, they'll get whatever little excuse to (after you pay)kick you out! And even if you have tittle to your home will file eviction notice right away. Then won't even let you take your trailer out even if you want. Kids are always outside and in vacant trailers who knows doin what. Also breaking to other homes and parents won't do anything not does the police. Management turns the other way because they know it doesn't benefit them. Sadly this place doesn't even deserve a one start but it's the only way to leave a review.... But Do Not Move In!!
They are starting to really treat people badly. They came in and tore out our back fence ( I have a dog) and didn't give us any notice verbal or otherwise.
First of all the pictures above are of a cemetary. Every year the place is getting worse. They sell trailors knowing they can't get a title for because the company will not pay the back taxes on or the trailor was moved in and no title was provided for. Most of the trailors have mold in them. Management tries to do what they can until owners tie their hands.
Was told before moving in, that our windows and steps would be repaired. They were not. Was not told that junkies gutted the wires to connect a stove. It's not a bad place and could use some love but management is misleading. I suggest you bring your most construction experienced friend to a walk thru before buying, which is what I should have done.
