I can't wait to move out been here since 2014 and can't stand my neighbors they r rude and always drunk and drug house on my street
Pleasant neighborhoods, well kept grounds, experienced maintenance staff. A nice place to live.
This is a great place to live with plenty of walking and jogging space it's also a very safe neighborhood. There is a small park here but nothing special two slides and some swings. Mainly it's older people who live here and they are all very friendly.
The grounds are cared for & kept trash free. BUT!, Do-Not trust anyone that lives there! A lot of the residents are mentally unstable. So I advise not getting too involved with anyone. Another large drawback is that Quail Creek was built on top of a swamp. Water is gross! Also, the water leaves a black 'mold looking' substance on any & all water receptacles.
