I'm in a "2017" trailer; which I was told would have updated/ new appliances, and they're not 2017, nor 2016.
AC unit isn't mounted and hole cut in siding from the unit where it was cut before attached so looks tacky. I've had the WORST time getting repairs done with one excuse after another for 5 months now.
It is a good place to live
95% of all my light-switch covers are cut into the wall panels crooked.
We live here for a year and ended up getting screwed over I honestly hope this place gets shut down we got screwed over ended up paying 200 dollars more on what we're supposed to be paying we got charged for our since having to be fixed and the matince guy is rude and likes to speed down the street when my kids are playing outside so yes I am glad I moved the hell out of their and something needs to be done I will not pay extra for me living in whats supposed to be affordable living this is Indy's east side not Carmel or fishers this place is bull shot and lie And cheat and I refuse to refer anyone their way
Decent rent rates for decent sized trailers, they all come with a shed for storage. Relaxed pet rules, maintenance guys are great. Becky is the most understanding and patient property manager in the world. She will work with you if you have to be late on paying rent. We've had several medical bills come up and she has been great to us. After a year long lease is up, it switches to monthly, which is nice. No rush to move, no pressure to resign.
mind you I have a child under 2 in the unit. The heat inside WITH fans was up to 88....
Almost everyone within my unit area speeds up and down the roads even with the potholes. Constant noise and fireworks which are prohibited in the community.
Front door has framing issue because whoever made this trailer can't cut a door frame anywhere near even and has gap at top to allow water/ rain and bees in which my household is highly allergic to. Also have wood trim on exterior bottom damaged and or barely attached.
Can't have a bigger porch, can't have bonfire or much options at all; high dollar rent for low dollar service.
They're so quick to want their rent but slower than molasses at getting orders placed and repairs fixed.
I will not be renewing a lease of any sort. I've had better quality and maintenance in my old ghetto apartment. Couldn't even move to different unit because of ridiculous contract.
Kitchen island drawers' tracks are warped due to poor support mounting.
Our AC unit went out for few days over weekend and bought window unit because maintenance or owner couldn't get it fixed in timely manor (problem was 1 single wire came lose which I could've fixed if told where to look)
Now I'm starting to notice little things that aren't working/ looking the way they should.
I am so sad to be leaving this neighborhood because I really do love it here. It's quiet and a safe environment for your children. Highly recommended! The office staff is also great!
