Absolutely in love with our new home! Rene helped us through a lot within the first month. We did have a few problems, but nothing that hasn't been handled swiftly and accordingly. I am very thankful to call Rene a friend that I can rely on both personally and professionally. Definitely have treated us like family. Highly recommend this place to others. No bugs, swift maintenance, and a problem solving expert!
Staff is rude, as soon as your there overy 30 days they think of you as trash. Won't fix anything. 500 to keep your kids worm. Old trailers that have not been work on properly. Damaged no go homes... plz for God shakes... stay far away. You come here, and you'll be just like me stuck 7 year's to something that you hate having to sleep in.
Needs some tlc in area alot of sprucing up needed
Well its a cheep place to live but it need some improvement and the owners dont realy care about what needs to be done to improve it
I love my new home. We have lived here for 8 months and have not had any issues. Rene has been wonderful to us and has made sure everything was taken care of when needed. We have wonderful neighbors and my kids have been able to make plenty of friends with kids in the neighborhood. We picked the perfect place to raise our kids.
