Just went in there because I ordered a pair of Stride Rite shoes online and they were the wrong size, so I thought I was able to exchange or return them to this location. I walked into an empty store with a grumpy old man at the front. After explaining my situation the man asked "so what do you want me to do?" I asked if I could return them and he said "no, we are not affiliated with Stride Rite". OK?. Can I exchange them? "No we have no affiliation with the Stride rite online". Just thought he have just told me at the beginning that he was unable to do anything. He was very stern and very unfriendly. This was my very first visit and will be my very last visit. Will not return.

Great place to get a GOOD pair of shoes for your kids not like the cheap pairs you get from the box stores. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful they really like to make sure you get the right shoe with the right fit for your child. last time I was in there I had the privilege of having the owner working he was really helpful.
