I visited the Toys r Us store for an online purchase pickup. It had been processed there due to an oversight by me. After having driven 35 minutes, I was eager to get "in an out." However, the customer service desk representative who assisted me appeared to be overwhelmed. She quickly "checked me in" and directed me to a waiting area on the other side of her service desk area. After an approx. 20 minute wait, my order finally appeared!
Mall is always clean & decent caliber of fellow shoppers as long as you aren't there on a weekend night (lots of teens hanging out.)
We really enjoyed walking around this mall. Everything seemed fairly clean, and all the shops were open. We really like the food court here, with plenty of yummy options for anyone.
