The people are great! They listened to what I needed in a running shoes and provided options.on this visit I bought a pair of shoes a little over a month ago that was defective. They exchanged it once they saw the problem and since I called ahead the shoes were reserved and waiting for me to pick up. Love this store!
It's great to have a store with so many knowledgeable runners. I've bought three pairs of shoes here and every time they have been perfect for what I was looking for. Every person I've worked with has gone the extra mile to not only make sure that the shoes are right for me, but to really encourage and give advice. Due to this store's amazing staff, I've heard of upcoming races, discovered new trails, and really learned to enjoy running more. I always look forward to my trips to get new shoes where previously it felt like a chore.

Went to buy a new pair of running shoes. They analyzed my running style and were able to offer suggestions about the optimal type of shoe for me. Were very receptive to my concerns and helped me pick the right pair of shoes. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Came in on Black Friday on a whim, I had been looking to replace my 3-year year old running shoes. The young lady (I forget her name) was very friendly and helpful. She showed me several different shoes and styles because I have flat feet and wear custom orthotics. I Ultimately did not end up buying a pair of shoes from them because they didn't have my size in-store nor style I wanted but they didn't make me feel pressured at all to order online or buy from them. They were just happy that I was able to finally find the kind of running shoes I needed. Great experience.
