I bought bed from this place at a great price. The pools seems reasonable priced. Nice staff when i visited.
We have done business with these people for years. We went in in April to order a new liner and have them install it. We put $3000 down. We were told that they would come out drain the pool, do any minor repairs, install the new liner and fill the pool. We asked about if they would do all the steps to "open" the pool. Eric said everything, it will be ready to jump in and swim. My husband asked about chemicals and everything and he said yes sir! They finally called in June. The first call was to tell us to pump all the water out of the pool. We asked about why they weren't doing that and were told, they were behind and had several to do and we needed to do that. So we pumped the pool down. The next week they came out, took out the old liner and did some miner repairs. When they brought the new liner and put it in our pool, it was the wrong size! It had been made a foot too wide. Another delay but that was the manufacturers fault. Ok....another week goes by. They came out again with the correct liner. Put it in and said they were waiting for the water truck to come in the afternoon. My husband asked how many gallons of water the truck carries and they said about 6500. Our pool holds about 20,000 gallons. So he asked if there were more trucks coming. The guys tells him that if we want more water it will be about $200 per truck. We said we were told it would be ready to go and it was included in what we were paying. He said no, it's not. My husband asked about the chemicals and "opening" the pool. The guys says I can get them and bring them out here for you but that will be extra. Now, I've had it! I call Jensen's and ask to speak to a manager. I explain that when we ordered this we specifically asked about all chemicals, water everything. We were told it would be done and ready to swim. The manager was smug and hateful!!!
Now that our pool has been in few about a month they are still there to help get us acclimated to being new pool owners. They test our water for us, make recommendations on what to do and their service even after the job is finished is bar none. When you call the store they are always super friendly and over all I think this is a very reputable company who prides themselves on quality in the work they do and the customer service they provide. We would highly recommend then for your fiberglass pool needs.

Starting from the sales process. We worked with Eric who helped us figure out what option was best for us and who has been there for from the beginning to the present to assist with any questions we have. The installation process was just as good.. We were able to be bumped up a few weeks as another customer had not come through with the down so we were very happy to get in earlier and have a longer pool season to enjoy. The guys who showed up to did the hole and install the pool were all very professional and we were very impressed with the vendors they sub contracted some of the work out to. Everyone during the build to completion was wonderful to work with and always there to answer our questions and help us understand the process.
Great family run pool store. I have been using them for 5 years and they are far and away the best shop on this side of town. Fair prices and the willingness to talk me through things over the phone for free, what more could you ask for?
She said "We NEVER include the water." I said we were told it is. She said we're going to give you $100 off a light. My husband and I had already decided we weren't replacing the light that they want $400 for. I said so you're going to give me $100 but cost me at least $600? She very smuggly and hatefully again said, "Well we NEVER include the water." I hung up on her. We will NEVER do business with these people again! They don't keep their word, they're worse than used car salesmen! We trusted them and didn't have them write everything out on the contract and got burned by slick talk that they never intended to honor. Go to Plainfield, go to Martinsville or Greenwood, stay away from these liars!
