Went to collect some tour book about yellow stone park area. The lady was not knowledgeable and not willing to help. Said activities are personal choice. Other staffs that who have been to yellow Stone Park are busy to help.
The travel agent I spoke with was very rude would not reccomend anyone to book a trip with this travel agency...
