These people care. Every time we have had any of our babies there the compassion and the caring goes beyond any normal expectation. My Vets will text me for several days after an illness to get follow ups and see how they are doing, FOR SEVERAL DAYS!!!! These people love all animals like they are theirs. I can't say enough. We won't take our babies anywhere else!!!
The absolute best. You know your dog is happy and comfortable at their vet's office when they don't want to leave after their appointment! I have completed confidence in their staff and am so thankful we have BRAC for our pup!
Clean and modern facility. Offered to tour the whole facility which was immaculate. Leanne and Dr. Rudwell were super attentive and sensitive with my anxious puppy. Could not be happier with the service and staff. They go over pricing and options and also offer a very affordable monthly program as well. Totally exceeded my expectations in every way.
Dr. Cruse is great. Very knowledgeable, and personable. My dog Mia loves going there. Dr. Cruse makes personal calls and keeps you informed throughout the process. The cost is a little pricey, but the quality of care is unmatched. Also they give cute bandanas to your pet. Number one place to go in my book. Need a vet, ask for Dr. Cruse, you won't be disappointed.
They were professional and caring when I was having to say goodbye to my little lady. They treated me like family. You can't put a price on this level of respect and caring during a difficult time. Thank you to the entire staff.
